They're mostly looking for people to pay application fees.
June 4, 2021They keep posting ads for places they don't have. I think they're just trying to make money off of people applying. First time I called they called me back and said they'd have several units for June. I called back and they said they weren't going to have any this summer. A few weeks later I see a new ad, so i call again and they tell me it's rented. This was a few hours after they posted it. I doubt it got rented that fast. And over the last few days they keep updating their ads for the rented ...apartments on all the sites.
