September 12, 2024VRV requires a 60-day notice. However, they provide a letter with lease renewal with an increase 30 days before lease expires. This is unfair because we are expected to give a 60-day notice, it would be make sense for you to have the same amount of time to provide a lease renewal notice. The price for each unit is pretty good for the amount of amenities, unit functions (ex. central A/C, in-unit washer and dryer, gas stove, etc.) good service, security, etc. I’m very pleased that I moved. The leasing office is very friendly and is always happy to answer your questions and will fix any issue pretty immediately. For building security, they’ve taken good measures to ensure it is safe. It is also extremely quiet inside the unit and the ...outside noise isn’t very noticeable. It really does feel like living in a hotel inside the VRV.Property Manager Responded

In my experience, most GreyStar communities are very well run, but VRV has been exceptional management and employees. The ground and amenities here are immaculate, and the apartments floor plans are very modern, yet still easy to navigate.
