DONT MOVE HERE
January 1, 2022Trash bins are always full and so trash blows everywhere, people don’t pick up after their dogs so there’s poop everywhere, most of the management never wears masks and yet there are signs all over the property enforcing masks, reserved parking is $25/month and you could be given a space no where near your unit, gym closes at 5/6pm depending on the day and we’re still charged, management ignores maintenance requests, need I say more? Absolutely would NOT recommend
November 21, 2021I’ve only been here a couple months and I’m already looking to move again. The management is the problem. They don’t care about their renters or the issues they bring up. I’ve sent several emails that have been ignored, and made several calls where I was told I’d receive a call back only to be ignored. We also pay for amenities we can not use such as the gym and pool both of which close at 6…when people get off work. It’s ridiculous. Don’t be fooled by the appearance of the property, only about ...10% looks nice then the rest is covered by trash and management doesn’t care. I pay too much money for what I’m dealing with here. February 5, 2020I am closing in on two years at 5325 E. Tropicana Ave. I am very please with Management (Elizabeth and Satya). Elizabeth the complex manager has always been very receptive. Positively Awesome customer service!!
September 21, 2019If you are looking for a clean apartment with a well maintained and beautiful property, and a staff who takes care of their tenants, then the Vue is where you want to be. Prior to moving here from Louisiana, l read a lot of reviews and The Vue had the highest rating, and since I've been here, is well deserved. Elizabeth and her staff were so patient and nice. They always go above and beyond. We were able to do everything we needed to do with paperwork and signing the lease online and (when ...needed)on the phone(because I'm internet illiterate). They made my move-in seamless. My apartment was clean, but my AC was not working. The unit had to be replaced, Elizabeth had it taken care of that day. The maintenance guys are polite and respectful, and do excellent work. Any questions or problems I've had so far have been answered and taken care of. Great place to call home
February 23, 2018I have read many negative and not so nice reviews about The VUE 5325 but I have had nothing but a Great experience living here in the community. New management, staff, and upgraded apartments. They offer numerous amenities not offered in other apartment complexes and are constantly striving for excellence to makeover this establishment. I have had nothing but positive experiences here... it’s quiet, clean, and everyone is friendly especially the staff!!! A New Start
February 22, 2018I recently moved my family from New York for a better life opportunity. In my search for a place to call home I came across THE VUE 5325 APARTMENTS, they have plenty of amenities from a pool, gym, volleyball court, sitting bench areas to take in the sun/scenery, numerous barbecue grilling areas, enclosed dog play area, children’s play area with swings and slide, an in unit laundry and private patio, upgraded apartments with stainless steel appliances including refrigerator, stove, microwave, and ...dishwasher, beautiful upgraded laminate flooring, ceiling fans, central air and if you can imagine much more. The Knowlegeable property staff in the leasing office is the best...Sweet Elizabeth, Outgoing Jonathan, and Bubbly Amanda all make you feel at home not only here in this beautiful gated community but in Las Vegas. Sabrina the property manager is down to earth and always eager to lend a helping hand with all your needs. I can’t forget the foreman Stacy always beautifying the property with the help of his amazing maintenance staff Jared, Dawn and Sergio which are just a few of a large staff I have had the pleasure of coming in contact with, they are knowledgeable and always on their A game. I think not :-(
December 28, 2017The Vue 5325 - The apartments looks nothing like the photos here. The walls, doors baseboards and ceiling are spray painted a dark almond color, with a poorly stenciled image at the front door. It has a rolled linoleum foam flooring with a dark hardwood look. We were told we were in one of the recently renovated apartments, but it looks terrible. There is so much paint on the cabinets that the drawers and doors don't sit flush. The bathroom has a thick painted bath and shower wall that is ...difficult to clean. But most importantly, the wall sockets are so worn out that plugs always fall out of the socket ! The appliances are old, the only thing modern in this apartment was the wall socket that had a double USB port - guess that is what they call renovated ! As for this being a gated community - well it is at its minimum definition, during the day when most break-inns occur, the gate is wide open with no human monitoring or keypad entry. It is only closed at night. The rent for a one bedroom apartment for 2018 has gone up 10% - for this ? I think not :-(Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

Wrong date on the lease.
May 30, 2017When I was looking for and apartment I told them I needed it before June 30th. The person I talked to said they had one available on June 14 and I put a hold deposit and paid the application fee, $150 in all. When I went in to sign the lease all of the paperwork was dated for July 14 not June, including the deposit form. It was probably just a mixup with the dates, but it cost me $150 and wasted about a week and a half of my apartment hunting time.Review from Apartments.com
