December 13, 2024Our experience up to this point at VUE25 has been generally positive. The staff have all been helpful, positive and friendly with a particular hats-off to Rich, who has been exceptional! The majority of residents have been courteous and friendly with a few exceptions who are not. Residents dogs can occasionally be loud & physical. Traffic, train and siren are definitely noticeable at times. Also some occasional noticeable sloppiness by residents in public areas…liquid spills, trash, etcProperty Manager Responded

December 2, 2024Vue25 has a very quiet atmosphere within the building, not so much for outside. However depending on your apartment there are nice views overlooking the city. Everyone seems to be very friendly and they pick up after themselves. Over all the apartments can be a bit pricey if you're on a budget, but the amenities offered make up for it. The building is usually very secure with some occasional technical difficulties like any other complex, all in all I feel safe here.Property Manager Responded

November 9, 2024For the most part I have really enjoyed being part of this community. The staff is friendly and approachable, and as an individual with a disability I am immensely grateful for the accessibility throughout the building. I do wish that there was more communication concerning maintenance issues, especially over long process jobs. I also have noticed trash rooms being over filled. Sometimes I can’t get the door open.
