    from the tour to moving in and even after the staff at valentia by windsor made everything easy. the staff is very quick to respond to emails and very helpful and friendly. we’ve lived here only a month but it has been a great month and i’m happy to be living here

    I will give the staff an excellent review but overall experience average. We think Manager Santina, Mr. Rick and Ms. Kelly are awesome!!!, they are always so professional, cordial, concern, truly care, always making sure my wife and I are happy here, to be honest, they are the reason why we are here, thank you very much all.     I put in a request for maintenance for the toilet noise and seat at night. The next day, they came and replaced the toilet seat, kept the area clean in doing so, and fixed the issue with the noise from the toilet. I gave permission to enter when I was not home, and they came and completed the request. They also left a nice note explaining what was done.     Upon moving day, the apartment was still dirty. I had to clean it myself before the moving company dropped off my belongs. The shower drains were clogged up and I had to purchase a liquid solution to unclog the drains myself.
