Valley View Condominiums specializes in rental property both furnished and unfurnished. Our unfurnished units are 2 bedroom 2 bathroom units that include a complete kitchen, washer/dryer hook ups, walk in closets, lvt flooring throughout the main living space and carpeted bedrooms. These units require a one year lease and rent rates include water/sanitation and trash removal. Our furnished units are 2 bedroom 2 bathroom fully furnished units, with complete kitchen set up, washer/dryer, all linens, secure wireless internet, cable tv and more. We offer standard, deluxe and premium units to fit almost any budget. All pricing is inclusive of all furnishings, amenities, utilities, taxes and fees. Our furnished units are perfect for people who are relocating, in between houses, having an insurance issue (ie: fire, flood, etc), in need of medical housing, internships...you name it, we are here for you when you can't be in your own home for any reason. We have a 30 minimum stay and a 14 day move out notice, so we can be flexible with your move out date if your need changes. Our community offers a clubhouse with a 24/7 fitness center, pool, playground, and grilling area. We are a family owned and operated property management company and our staff and leasing office is onsite. We have the largest inventory of furnished condominiums, all stylishly appointed, in the Northern Kentucky area. We are the perfect alternative to a hotel and will provide you with a home environment.
