February 9, 2025I say that overall living out here is good. You should never be too boastful, but if I’m honest I feel safe here. Haven’t heard any complaints about crime etc. it’s pretty quiet here at night too. For the most part the office crew & maintenance handle complaints etc well. I’m just ready for them to be done with remodeling so I can finally use our gym this year.Review from Apartments.com

January 18, 2025Just lately seems like everything around the whole community is not being taken care of the way it should be The hallways in the buildings are filthy you put in termite spraying. January 13, 2025So far so good. I have no complaints with my experience here at Varia at Oakcrest. I had some issues prior to moving in but nothing worth suggesting that it didn't meet my expectations. This is the fastest I've ever experience maintenance responding to requests. January 1, 2025The only things that bothered me and neighbors was the lack of communication from you guys and law enforcement about the incidents that have occurred the past few weeks. The arrest that was very engaging in front of our bldg. and the body that was found in the lake. We have many neighbors that walk late at night and all day long. We should be notified? I was also very upset that we had the pressure washing and the scraping and painting during the holidays. I take pride in my decorations, and had ...to take them down, even when I was expecting visitors. At least I got pictures. They could have waited at least till the New Years (tomorrow). Other wise, I love you guys, you are terrific! I love the activities!Property Manager Responded
