Great place and strong amenities

Great Community in Greenville

The right fit
December 8, 2024We have been searching for a two bedroom apartment within 15 miles of downtown Greenville under 1900 a month. Velo verdae seems to be the exact location we have been looking for. 1100+ square feet, fiber internet package, (vallet) trash, water, sewage bundled in there package. Lots of lighting in the rooms, walk in closet, spacious bathroom and bedroom, big kitchen with an island, etc… We toured the apartment and complex with Elizabeth who was extremely helpful and patient with our questions. December 5, 2024Had a recent tour of a studio with Lexie! She did a great job providing all the details of the property and showing us all the amenities. We initially went to tour a studio and a one bedroom apartment. However, we were so impressed with the studio size that it wasn’t necessary to see the one bedroom. November 30, 2024I can't rave enough about your property and especially your staff. Not only is Velo located strategically for convenience, but also a very welcoming community. I would like to mention the staff member who not only made me comfortable touring but was very thorough explaining all the details surrounding becoming a resident at Velo. Beautiful and Peaceful Community!
November 7, 2024I visited Velo Verdae on 11/6/2024 with my family. Our leasing agent, Lexi D., was phenomenal. She was so professional and knowledgeable, and she noticed right away that I was uneasy when I saw the pricing. However, after she explained everything and went through every detail of what they offered, I was completely at ease. This place is immaculate! The community is quiet, and the people out walking their pets are friendly. The apartment home is absolutely beautiful with plenty of storage, granite ...counter tops in the kitchen and bathrooms, and garden tubs. There is plenty of space for my daughter and I. Some of the homes have attached garages, so it feels more like a house. There is a clubhouse, a sports bar, exercise and weight rooms, and get this, a magnificent pool that is open year round from 10am until 10pm. They offer a car wash station and even have a walking trail behind the property, which is the Swamp Rabbit Trail. I have not stopped thinking about this place. It's the kind of home you want to brag about to your friends and family. Lexi D. will help anyone work it out to live in this beautiful heaven on earth! Thank you so much, Lexi D.
