November 24, 20241. Not a clean apartment when I received keys. 2. Unwanted Charges to me on Gas and Electricity when I was not even moved in to apartment. 3. Maintenance Staff is very rude and Quality of Work is not upto the level. 4. October 28, 2024I love my apartment here at Ventana Oaks. The staff have been polite and helpful if I have needed assistsnce. The maintenance workers have been polite when they come to my apartment. The property is kept clean and I love the way the it comes to life in the evenings with the children outside playing, and adults taking walks around the complex. September 20, 2024The complex is beautiful in its landscaping and nature, occupants are frequently outside enjoying fresh air, kids play outside in grassy areas with friends after school. The apartments that have been renovated are beautiful, though a bit of a mess was left by the renovators. The office staff is incredibly sweet and helpful.Property Manager Responded
