The complex is so well kept, maintenance is responsive, and parking (a huge priority when looking at apartments) is super easy. Guest parking and street parking always open. The grounds are kept clean and maintenance is friendly and prompt in responding to any concerns. The office staff is great in explaining move-in procedures and really makes you feel welcome even during screening.
