March 28, 2025The on-site team has worked hard to ensure our homes are taken care of, our needs are addressed and our voices are heard. This year is going to be the best year yet, we can feel it! Maintenance is quick, efficient and professional and the office is understanding, empathetic and there when you need them. March 20, 2025Vestara 72 is very nice community! The neighbors are very nice and friendly. The amenities are great! I love the pool, can’t wait till it is open again! February 18, 2025I’m still a little annoyed in how long we were unable to access the gym. I’m glad it is finally back in operation but paying full price on amenities that we had no access to doesn’t sit right with me. Also, it’s ridiculously cold at the bottom of my stairway, entry to the apartment. I wonder how much energy wasted heating the place is from the entryway chill. The front door was redone but somehow the cold is still getting in. The snow removal from the recent storm was pretty good though. I’d ...rate maybe 3.5 but this thing doesn’t do fractions, so 3 it is. Nothing that makes living here miserable, but nothing exceptional to justify the total cost.Property Manager Responded
