April 16, 2022Been here for 5 years. They have begun to tack on tons of fees like a $30 fee for the common area even though it is literally closed for the past 4 months. Now they are charging an additional $10 for electricity to the common area. But the best part is that for a contract renewal they are increasing the rent by $400 for a 12 month contract or $800 month-to-month. For a resident who has been here for 5 years. Yes, once you move in they will jack your rent as high as possible, hoping you can't ...afford the expense of moving. It is actually $600 more than they advertise to new renters. August 31, 2019I lived at Vida for a little over a year. They have done a really nice job with remodeling the apartments and the appliances are actually pretty nice too. Though the stove, dishwasher and A/C didn't work when i first moved in and took 3 days till they came and looked at it. I did have a roach problem until finally getting a cat. There are so many better options in Las Vegas, do your self a favor and look around. They're also raising the rent slowly because of the Raider's stadium opening on the ...same road. If you are someone who gets a lot of mail it will also be a problem. Mail is constantly just left laying around in the mail room.Property Manager Responded

March 3, 2018Worst pace ever. Managment never care or fix any kind of issues. A.C broken in summer ,no one cares...you have issues with you water or anything with thier old appartments? Who cares? I hated this place. And guess what? The price goes up every year..really? Im glad..so glad im done here!! Do your self a favore and find somewhere safe!Property Manager Responded
