I moved here sight unseen from Long Island with the help of Jillian in the front office. She was always available to answer all my calls and questions. And when I arrived I was blown away with the complex itself as well as the beautiful views. The manager, Cleveland, as well as the entire front office staff have been more than accommodating with everything. I wish I could give them more than 5 stars. The Ledges is a great place to live with an excellent front office staff and wonderful people. ...

Worst place ever

Horrible customer service , they match you up with crappy roommates, claim to be a place for students and college life but can't party past ten too many families living there. Took three weeks for simple yet we needed them repairs done. The parking is crap always packed with people. I revert ever living there . There is gunshots every weekend.

The ledges at West Campus is a great place to stay! beautiful views of the mountains and cit y of Tucson. The staff is really professional and beyond kind! Big shout outs to Ciarra and Katy! They did a great job handling my move in even though basically everything was over the phone. I would recommend these apartments to anyone!
