I've lived here long enough to review this
June 19, 2018Lived here for years and nothing but issues and drama. They hire the worst people to manage and do absolutely nothing to help when something needs to be fixed. Owners aren't helpful at all with concerns and will do anything to avoid paying for things that need to be fixed. A couple months ago the roof was falling apart and all the apartments were getting flooded with water, neighbor's furniture got destroyed. The owner promised to reimburse the damages but that was only a false promise. I hear ...people are suing. The outside doors don't even open, only the back door works. The parking is always leaking with water. Washing machines never work. The place overall looks disgusting. This is an unfiltered honest review. I'm quite shocked nobody has reviewed this considering all i hear from neighbor's are complaints. On the bright side rent is cheaper than other apartments but keep in mind.. the place is incredibly small.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
