Worst Apartment Complex in CG
September 4, 2023The ONLY plus to this place is that utilities are paid. They put a lockbox on the A/C so you can't change it, but at least they're paid. Now to the CONS. The apartment stinks. I didn't have a SINGLE work order completed. It is infested with bugs, no matter what they do to prevent it. The poor property manager does everything because they're unwilling to hire a landscaper, maintenance person, etc. I fought with them for 6 months to get a key to my own mailbox. I didn't lose a key. I never got ...one to begin with and had to keep at it for 6 months to get one. When I finally moved out, I got about a 1/4th of my deposit back due to "damages". Mind you, those damages existed when I moved in. I'm not even wasting my time with these people to get my money back. I'd rather warn others to stay FAR FAR AWAY from this place!!!!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
