    Los apartamentos estan bien de tamaño lo unico malo es que nunca hay estacionamiento en la calle y los estacionamientos extra solo te permiten uno extra y esta caro tambien cortan el agua muy seguido y es molesto, y son muy delicados de cualquier cosa tambien suben la renta cada año el 10% si tienen otras opciones yo buscaria otro lugar.

  • Always under construction & NO PARKING

    I have only lived here for a few months and there have been more than 3 construction projects meaning we have NO parking offered to us during that time with little notice. There is always a lot of noise because of the construction. No waitlist for a second parking spot despite that being mentioned when we signed the lease. Overall, the management is super unorganized, do not live here.

    Estoy totalmente insatisfecha, por haber habitado ahi solo un año y están tratando de no devolver el depósito poniendo mil pretextos queriendo cobrar carpetas, pintura y aparte mandar a colección es injusto siendo que solo habitamos 1 año no mascotas, no hijos

    These apartments are big but that's it management sucks they don't allow you to have any decorations they have security that harass you if your playing outside or just walking around and they will evict you for any reason they treat this place like a prison that's why almost everyone who's lived here has moved out or regrets moving in here!

    Been here a year already and its finally feeling like home. Our lease is coming up rent is gonna move on up. We are pinching pennies already we can't afford to pay anymore. Looks like we will be moving soon. :(

    Upside: Spacious living room and kitchen. Rooms are a decent size with plenty of closet space. Restrooms have large mirriors and great lighting. Extra closet space in the hallway. Outside has a large patio to have a small get together with friends and family. Downside:Close to very loud busy street. Parking is very difficult to find on the street.
