  • Pest issues.

    I moved here from NJ in June & everything started out great but quickly went downhill. We have been here all of 4 months and every single month had to request a pest service. We are no longer comfortable having friends or family over, cooking in the kitchen, & just sitting around in bed. I have a 2 month old who I have to wake up and take out of his bed due to roaches climbing in his bassinet. I have requested to speak to a supervisor twice & that has yet to happen. I’ve never in my life had any ...
    bug issue we clean everyday so I’m definitely not dirty. It’s completely unsafe for me to have to put my newborn in the bed with me, which is a safety hazard due to having bugs in his bassinet. I’m convinced the company they use must be spraying water or they aren’t servicing the entire building. We are coming out of pocket to buy our own traps and poison every single week. It’s very very dirty and very annoying. I’m supposed to live here and have a home but i can’t even be comfortable in it. Literally have to walk around the house every time with shoes on. Definitely has me thinking about going back NJ simply because they actually solved issues.

    Village 1373 has made my apartment hunt so so so easy! They answered all my questions, replied quickly and they are super nice AND affordable! If you ever want to apply, find Linsey or Jassminn as they were attentive, so sweet and listened to what I had to say and wanted! Thank you guys so much!!!

    The entire grounds are kept neat and clean. Staff is very friendly. Love it here. The neighbors are nice. The fitness center is awesome. Love it

    Great neighborhood!!! The experience here thus far has been, calm, peaceful and quite. My children enjoy the atmosphere, the scenery, especially the waterfall.

    Very smooth. Everyone was very respectful and caring. Very helpful they respond very fast to missed phone calls or even online quotes you start. They are very helpful with move in as well.

    They are very helpful. They on time with your request. The rent is expensive. I am very happy that I have a nice apartment. I will refer a friend and family to rent, if they want to.

    So far it has been great. Very quiet lots of room love the new appliances and the split floor plan. Bathrooms are very large. The hot water is awesome.

    I enjoy the peacefulness here. The laundry room and gym is awesome. The staff is polite. Maintenance is the bomb. They are quick with responding back in a timely fashion

    When I first moved in, they were very helpful in an office, and I appreciated it because I am in College, and throughout my journey in college being able to talk to the office, when needed, and have things repaired in a timely manner, has been the most enjoyable part about living here I’ve been here for approximately four years
