About Village Highlands
Village Highlands is a one, two and three bedroom community located just south of Atlanta. With its nine foot ceilings, spacious floor plans, walk in closets and gourmet kitchens with black appliances it's one of the most desirable communities in southwest Atlanta. Our elegant clubhouse overlooks a beautifully landscaped pool with spacious sun deck. Each of our one, two and three bedroom homes has washer and dryer connections, built in computer desk and open floor plans. Security deposit ranges from $400 - 1 month's rent based on credit. You will need the following: 6 current paystubs, 6 months of bank statements, current savings balance statement, section 8 voucher/RTA (if applicable), driver's license for each adult, birth certificate of each child, and soc. security cards for everyone. Self-employment contractors must have last 2 years of tax returns and a signed anticipated income document from a CPA with their EIN for a 12 month period. Child support, alimony, retirement, SSI/SSD, and VA benefits recipients must provides us with an award letter.
