About Village Highlands
Village Highlands offers a Great Apartment Value in a well-maintained community located just off the Langford Parkway. MARTA route 162 has a stop at the property entrance, and the Lakewood-Fort MacPherson train station is just a seven-minute drive. We’re close to the thriving social scene in West End Atlanta, and we’re just a fifteen-minute drive in normal traffic from downtown Atlanta. You’ll need a credit score of at least 600, but your security deposit will be fully refundable and will range from $400 to one month’s rent, depending on your credit score. Unlike some other apartment communities, we have no upper limits on your income. Pets are welcome with an additional $500 refundable security deposit. (no aggressive breeds) With its nine-foot ceilings, spacious floor plans, walk in closets and gourmet kitchens, Village Highlands is one of the most desirable communities in southwest Atlanta. July 25, 2018No peace and quiet inside your own apartment...Walls and ceilings are paper thin...Management is horrible...Looks are very deceiving...Once you get to the back of the apartments it looks like a war zone...They only keep the front area clean....I can’t wait to get out of this lease...Worst apartment I have ever lived in...Don’t Do it!Review from Apartments.com
