Great place to live!
March 6, 2019I have lived here for three years and have not had any issues at all. The office staff is very friendly and gets to know their residents personally. Also the bus to campus is really convenient and the fitness center is as good as it gets. Would highly recommend!Property Manager Responded

Good luck talking to brick walls
December 14, 2018Customer service is not great at all. Some might call it garbage. I applied October 31, 2018 and it's now December 14, 2018 and I haven't heard anything from them, unless I send an email, and I'm lucky if I get a reply back. I sent about five emails regarding my approval of my application. One of which was my guarantor didn't finish some paperwork, that was a mistake on my part. However, weeks went by and I haven't heard anything from them, but I'm receiving emails from them as though I'm living ...there. For example, I received an email regarding that I should be careful with what I put on the balcony and not to mess with the router. Again, I'm not living there right now, so why am I receiving these emails, and not recieving any email about my application. So I sent another email following up my application, and then Mackenzie was just like, "Oh yea, can't have 'this person' be your guarantor. Can't tell ya why cause it's confidential." I sent her an email back saying that I was confused as of why she can't be my guarantor, however I was more concerned as of why she didn't get ahold of me and tell me the situation. I've literally worked in a leasing office before. All she had to tell me was, "I'm sorry, but the person you applied to be your guarantor doesn't meet our requirements. I can't disclose the information as of why, because i am not allowed to give out that type of information, but you can either find another guarantor or you can pay a security deposit." She could have given me options, but literally did not even email me back. Days went by, and I had to take matters into my own hands. On December 1st I went in person and gave them the security deposit and I still haven't heard back from them. They will not communicate with you at all. Which is just dumb because communication makes the process so much easier. Like I said, I've worked in a leasing office so I have certain expectations, but this is just plain sloppy work. April 28, 2018If I could give zero stars I would. The management team is awful and they lack basic communication skills. You have to be extremely persistent to get anything done in a timely manner and even then you will most likely be ignored. Do yourself a favor and pay a little bit more to get an apartment with a competent management team. The only good thing about this apartment is that the rent is cheap and the $45/mo utilities is really awesome. However, be warned that you pay for what you get. The ...furniture is cheap and uncomfortable, the wifi is trash and crashes all the time, and the walls are incredibly thin so be prepared to hear your neighbors night and day. I would literally not recommend this apartment to anyone.Property Manager Responded

10/10 Would Recommend!
November 11, 2017GREAT place to live! This is my second year living here. Cheap rent and awesome amenities. The free shuttle for residents is perfect. I'm a Purdue student with no car so it makes getting to class super easy. Utilities are included in a $45 fee that's a flat rate, so I can have my AC turned up all the way in the summer, or take as long of a shower as I want! The wifi isn't great but they're in the process of revamping it, so I'm sure it'll be better soon. Overall, perfect place for a student to ...live.
