The place is now a dump
July 4, 2023I moved in here in 2006 it was a good place to live the rent was cheap and the property / Complex was well-maintained , But now after the last Managers left 2 years ago the people they gave the position to have turned this place in to a dump , all the grass is either dead or weeds and they never clean the property !! the parking lots are full of trash and more ! The place is a dump and they raised the rent !! Who ever owns this property needs to correct and get this place cleaned up and ...replace all the staff ! If you want to move in to the city dump this is the place to move into ! if you want to live in a clean property and well taken care of place then don't come here !! They don’t take care of the place.
October 15, 2021The new management that took over a few years back totally ran this place in to the ground. Used to love living here, now it’s a trailer park. Management never leaves the office to check the condition of the grounds. Staff leave Appliances and trash out side, garbage is always over flowing. Management always has an excuse to not fix these issues. Maintenance guys are rude and unhelpful, and all around lazy. I can go on all day. I Really Enjoyed Village at Grandridge
May 5, 2020I needed an apartment in the Kennewick region for several months before moving out of the area for a job. I found the management at VGR to be great. The terms of the contract were sensible and easy to follow and the the rental process was smooth (and I rented online from outside the state after visiting the apartments last year). The management was very responsive to my few requests for maintenance - my stove stopped working and I had a brand new one in two short days. My apartment was in the ...back of the complex and was probably the quietest place I have ever lived. The grounds are well maintained and the management is friendly and approachable. Good prices, nice sized apartments, easy access
January 21, 2020I moved here from out of town. I was not able to see the apartment I was renting before move in and that made me nervous... REST ASSURED it was the best decision I made to move here. I was on a wait list for 2 months but because of the rent prices and location I was willing to wait. My apartment is spacious. I live in the smaller of the 2 one bedrooms and have a fire place. Maintenance has been helpful since day one. Anything I needed was fixed within a day or two. They helped me jump my car ...when my battery died at 5am! That is great service. The only complaint I have would be that there is not a washer/dryer in each apartment. Reasonable prices, great location, helpful staff
January 21, 2020I have lived here since 2009. The maintenance and office staff are so nice and helpful. Rent is a great price and hasn't increased much within the last ten years. There is a gym, tanning, and indoor Jacuzzi. Management has a 24 hr emergency line so you can speak with them after hours any day of the week. Excellent complex!
July 28, 2015I've lived here nearly 5 years and have had few complaints. The staff is courteous and knowledgeable, there's lots of trees on the grounds, plenty of athletic activities including tennis courts and indoor basketball court, and is in a great location just north of Columbia Center mall. For an older complex my apartment is in great condition and just got new windows! I love my spacious deck with storage closet and huge walk-in bedroom closet. This complex is pet friendly but owner's beware--they ...enforce animal litter control and leashing to ensure all tenants have an enjoyable living experience. And then there's the staff; they all know me by name and respect me as a tenant. They make me feel validated if I have concerns and even have a pool table to share at the club house! I forgot to mention they have on-site laundry facilities, two outdoor pools, a Jacuzzi, a fitness center (could use improvements but gets the job done), indoor racquetball court, full service laundry available, central heat and air, and some upstairs units have fire places! Amazing
August 27, 2015I have lived here for about 7 years and have loved it the whole time. The bedrooms are one of the biggest in the are that I have found. Management have always been really friendly and easy to get a hold of for any issues (which I have not really had any the whole time I've lived here). The grounds of the apartment complex are well maintained and the ammenities are great. About the only thing that I would say I wish the apartments offered were washer and dryers in the unit (this is on site laundry ...facilities but nothing beats having w/d in ur home). Also there is no 3 bedrooms available. My family has grown and I would love to be in a 3 bedroom but I don't want to move so me and my family are going to stay until we absolutely can't anymore.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Cheap and needs updates
August 22, 2015Apartments were built in the 70s and need definite updates. Our dishwasher doesn't work. Not to mention with the holes in the floors, bugs are always getting in the apartment. Your electricity bills will be around $100 even if you keep everything off most the time. The price is cheap for the area but you will get what you pay for.Review from Apartments.com
