We love our new home and community!
August 16, 2022The Village @ West End is located in a perfect part of town, nice and quiet but only a few minutes from everything. The grounds are very clean, the complex is very calm and peaceful. It feels like a true home neighborhood and not like a complex. The appliances were all full size and not typical apartment-style. The light fixtures and paint were new and things I’d pick for my home, not the typical apartment style cheap stuff! The leasing and move in process was great. The 2 maintenance ...concerns were addressed immediately and the property manager is very responsive. We feel incredibly safe here and the cost is amazing. We couldn't have asked for a better community or a better property manager - we feel like we belong her and Holly makes sure you know you do belong. They are quick to take care of any issues, keep the grounds looking phenomenal and what can I say about the pool! Love the place!
August 28, 2020I’ve lived here for 4 years and the new management started at the end of last year. They have completely transformed the complex in such a short period of time. The landscape and apartments have been renovated, there is a new staff working around the clock to get things fixed as quickly as possible and the landlord is so helpful and good at communicating new changes and anticipating residents’ needs.
