February 15, 2025I have been living in the Village at West University for almost two years. The location is great: we are close to Rice campus, supermarket, downtown, medical center, etc. The neighborhood is small and quiet. February 14, 2025You don't want to hear about my residence experience . The front office provides confusing directions. They don't follow up and seem to regard any requests as an inconvenience. There's a constant change in the office personnel, which is used as an excuse for saying "didn't know about that. " Since the last storm I've co mplained about the broken mesh screens and was told it would be taken care of. Months later nothing has been done. I keep complaining about not being able to use the link to the ...new portal. The assistant manager tells me not to worry about. Emily is super good in answering your questions and helping you to solve any issues or providing clarification about things. Also, having so may options for restaurants and supermarkets around us are a plus. I have lived here for one year with the previous administration, went to another great comunity, them came back.
