April 19, 2025Maintenence Is lacking and office staff with exception to amanda is less friendly and supportive. Old staff would fight for us against increasing rent and breaking lease fees. Also apartment complex seems to have trouble getting people inProperty Manager Responded

Craig and Eric in maintenance have also been very helpful and friendly. They have all made my move to Windermere from out of state very easy. February 1, 2025The community is a safe and nice place to live! The neighbors are friendly and they help make it feel like home. It's close to the Borough to drive or take the bus and access some amazing restaurants. There's a grocery store and shopping center right across the street as well as a Wawa so convenience is there as well. I do wish the company gave back a little more to the current residents who have been living here for awhile. They do a lot of promos to get new residents but minimal to value ...their long time residents.
