Sitting next to a lagoon, nestled between Walmart and Randalls and maybe two blocks from Seawall Blvd and the Gulf of Mexico. Not far from everything. The wife and I have luxury, the luxury to have the best office administrators and maintenance team. The luxury to have the best neighbors and all around nice people. Yes...VBTS is our home. May 31, 2024When I first came to village by the sea , I was a bit skeptical of what apartment I would get and if I would be comfortable living in it. However, when I got to my apartment and saw how my neighbourhood is so beautiful , I immediately loved it. My apartment is spacious and suitable for me and family, all shopping areas are within a 5 minute range. No need to drive , a nice walk to the stores is a great experience. The seawall is within walking distance too which comes with the lovely sea breeze . ...I must say thank you to Vanessa at the leasing office who took me through the whole process of getting an apartment. She is very friendly, have great customer service, and she help you make the right choice in choosing what's best for you.
