August 9, 2015The complex is located within a fairly quiet, although crowded, neighborhood of duplexes and townhouses. Many of the residents are military and there are some families. I have had some noisy/inconsiderate neighbors, though only a few over the three years I've lived here, and that is expected almost everywhere. Management is pretty quick about maintenance, and I've never had issues utility-wise. There is plenty of parking, even for guests.
