June 2, 2020I lived here for 8 months(my first time renting), I'm looking to move at the end of this month(june 2020). at first it was fine before I realized the apartment they showed me at the viewing was not the vacate apartment. they don't clean the apartment before you move in. they tenants in the building don't care about how we all live. there is a pest problem. you can never get ahold of managment. it's all in all not a good place to stay.Review from Apartments.com
Too Good to Be True
September 9, 2017My First Apartment So When I Moved In Everything Looked Perfect But Soon Enough I Realized That The Building Was INFESTED! MICE & BED BUGS ALL THROUGH THE BUILDING! They Send Pest Control But They Never Do Every Unit So Bed Bugs Go Back & Forth & The Mice Run Through The Walls & Through The Furnance Pipes On The Floor. Perfect at first
September 20, 2015I've lived here a few years now, and at first it was everything I needed in a little studio. Cheap, close to downtown Milwaukee, secured entry and covered parking. Now it has issues with neighbors trashing the halls or yelling from the streets. Most recently it had issues with roaches and rats. I love it here, but its getting about time to move.Review from Apartments.com
