December 2, 2024I’ve lived at the Villas at Capital Twenty for six months, and it’s been a great experience. The peaceful neighborhood, gated entrance, and spacious villas with modern finishes make it a perfect place to relax. The staff is friendly and responsive, and the community is quiet with little noise from neighbors. I also enjoy the well-maintained fitness center and walking paths. The location is ideal—close to shopping and dining, yet still private and calm. November 4, 2024After having been here for almost 6 months now I must say I have been pleased with the staff, but disappointed with the units. The materials and build quality are very low quality and bugs are able to come into the units with ease as a result.
