January 13, 2025The apartments/houses are built so nice and spacious. There is literally no way to disturb your neighbor & the inside of them are just like suburban living as they advertised. Everyone is friendly and on top of things if you have any concerns or questions about anything they are always there to help. Overly great communication skills. December 2, 2024I’ve lived at the Villas at Capital Twenty for six months, and it’s been a great experience. The peaceful neighborhood, gated entrance, and spacious villas with modern finishes make it a perfect place to relax. The staff is friendly and responsive, and the community is quiet with little noise from neighbors. I also enjoy the well-maintained fitness center and walking paths. The location is ideal—close to shopping and dining, yet still private and calm. November 4, 2024After having been here for almost 6 months now I must say I have been pleased with the staff, but disappointed with the units. The materials and build quality are very low quality and bugs are able to come into the units with ease as a result. Xfinity internet service seems to be the only service here and I am not happy with the service.Property Manager Responded
