Black mold!
July 9, 2021There is never a manager in the office if there is she's rude. There is black mold in my apartment and I have had to stay somewhere else for 2 and 1/2 months. And pay the bills here they go in turn my air on. They broke personal items while they were covering up the mold. My arms are broken out. I have pictures and video I'm happy to share. The first month about 2-3 times a week someone was shooting outside my house right next to my kids window. I have a picture of the bullet shell as well. Dream management!
July 25, 2019I stayed at this apartment when I moved to Texas. It was very short notice but the property manager was able to get my apartment and everything ready for me without me having to be inconvenienced!!! Adreaiele is her name, if no other reason to pick a complex pick this one because management is phenomenal, efficient, empathetic, and all around a great professional!!!Review from Apartments.com
Worst Living Experience
February 5, 2019This property is extremely unprofessional. When my unit was broken into it took a month before they came to fix my door, after I called the city numerous times. During that whole thing they harassed my family and I about a fee for the door being broken even through it wasn’t done by us. They come into your home without your permission, and they are rude and inconsiderate of people and their circumstances. To top it all off they have a serious roach and insect issue.
