LEASEE'S BEWARE!!
December 27, 2022Refusing to do anything to repair a water outage over a holiday weekend and leaving tenants without running water for 4 days is deplorable! Villas at El Dorado, you should be ashamed of yourselves!! And for what purpose? To not have to pay overtime rates for a plumber to fix this problem? Disgraceful!! There are plumbers who could have been working on the problem, whatever it was, even if it took more than a day to recitify the issue. To say you "are not an assisted living" facility for your ...justification for leaving seniors without water for 4 days is NEGLIGENT - the age of your tenants DOES NOT MATTER. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR MAKING SURE YOUR TENANTS HAVE THE UTILITIES THEY PAY YOU FOR! Pathetic. Disgraceful! NEGLIGENT!! If facilities malfunction, they will not be repaired over a holiday weekend. August 9, 2015This is an active senior community for people over 55. The moment this apartment was shown to me, I knew it would be my forever home. This is a 2 bedroom/2 bath unit with huge walk-in closets, lots of kitchen storage and a built-in desk. My patio faces the pool which is always clear and clean. The activities here (balloon volleyball, bingo, LCR, pool parties, etc.) are lots of fun. I never have to worry about maintenance as the guys are always here when needed. The people here are friendly ...and willing to help others. I have met and made several very close friends. Not being alone anymore has made a tremendous difference in my life. August 26, 2015This apartment is located near many good restaurants, shopping, park and rides, and several parks. Maintenance staff is very willing to do whatever is asked in a short response time. There is a walk-way around the pond here for people to enjoy being outside. Several benches provide a resting place to enjoy the sunsets and activity on the pond. We have an activity room, fitness center, business center, kitchen, beauty salon and theater. Senior living couldn't get much better than this.Review from Apartments.com

August 22, 2015THIS IS A VERY NICE PLACE TO LIVE! IT IS IN WALKING DISTANT TO WALMART AND ABOUT THREE BLOCKS TO THE BIGGEST SHOPPING CENTER IN THE AREA. IT ALSO IS A GATED AND MONTERED SENIOR COMMUNITY. WE HAVE A LARGE POOL AND IT IS PET FRIENDLY. IT HAS A LARGE COURTYARD, WITH LOUNGE CHAIRS AND TABLRS,AND BIG BAR-B QUE PITS. August 9, 2015These apartments are for Senior Citizens 55 years old and up without children living with them. They are new and located in a wonderful spot. The grounds are well taken care of and beautiful. We have all the amenities which include gym, library, theater, computers, pool (with gas grills), walking track around the pond, full size kitchen in dining area (stove, refrigerator, microwave, double sinks), beauty salon and much more. The apartments are 1 bedroom and 2 bedrooms with 2 baths. The villas ...have attached garages, while the walkups have detached garages. Located on Interstate 45 behind Walmart and across from Sam's. Almost anything you need, dining (whether fine dining or fast foods), the mall, theaters, post office, doctors, dentists, shopping, YMCA, several parks and so much more are all within a 10 mile radius. About 30 miles from Galveston and even closer to the Space Center and Kemah. Community manager is Jackie Westerdahl who is a wonderful person.
