OPTICAL ILLUSION LANDINGS ON STAIRWAYS
November 9, 2021I visited here in May 2020. Their stairs are a nightmare! I went up the stairs fine (they were painted yellow underneath each step). Coming back down was another story. It was a little after noon and there were shadows on the landing with 2 unmarked stepdowns. I fell shattering my femur and am still unable to walk. Not their fault in any way! Stay away from here!!!!Review from Apartments.com
DO NOT MOVE HERE IN 2020
August 26, 2020Extremely frustrating that residents paying to live here are unable to use the pool and gym during this "pandemic" when Disney, Universal, beaches, restaurants, schools PUBLIC POOLS AND PUBLIC GYMS etc are ALL open!!! The board needs to open these amenities up asap! Placing chairs 6 ft apart in the pool area or removing them from the pool area & providing sanitizing wipes in the gym to wipe down equipment after use. There is NO reason this should STILL be closed. For any residents actually ...concerned about their safety or health surrounding COVID are choosing not to utilize these amenities but the rest of the residents should not have to continue paying for amenities we cannot use!!! Very disappointed with Villas at Lakeside for being one of the ONLY complexes in Oviedo to still have their pool and gym closed to residentsRead MoreReview from Apartments.com
