November 14, 2024They look great- but don’t be fooled. They are constructed horribly. Siding peeling from building. Roof shingles coming up. Cracks in walls, uneven and broken floors. Appliances work about 1/2 the time. Worst of all- roaches and other pests they REFUSE to take care of. But they will yell at you if you don’t put your garbage bin away by Friday.Review from Apartments.com

A peaceful oasis in the middle of everything
March 19, 2024The Villas are so convenient to every kind of shopping and restaurant you can imagine. It's hard to believe a neighborhood in the middle of such a busy area can be so quiet and peaceful. We have a 2 bed/2 bath ranch style apartment. The layout is great and there is so much space! Love the huge island in the kitchen and there is plenty of storage. The attached garage is a blessing when you come home with a car full of groceries and other goodies you've found close by. We have neighbors on both ...sides of us but have never heard any noise. Maria, the manager, is super friendly and kind. Always willing to help out the residents. She listens carefully to what the residents have to say and does a great job at making the Villas at Sandy Creek a pleasant community. Brad, the maintenance guy is quick to get things done. We have had minimal issues since moving in (pretty rare in a newly built complex). Brad does a great job and has a great attitude.
