We are a cozy community that is close to shopping, parks and restaurants. Conveniently located close by the Suncoast Parkway on Anderson Snow Road. Our community offers a Fitness Center, a Sparkling Pool with spa and kiddie pool. We offer a hassle-free leasing experience. Our 1, 2, 3 bedroom and 2 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath Townhomes are fully equipped with dishwasher, washer/dryer hook-ups, washer/ dryer rentals, microwave, glass stove top, and full-size refrigerator in every floor plan. HORRIBLE
March 26, 2019I called today asking about to rent. 1 1 bed, 2 2 bed, and 1 3 bed all were listed as available now. I called she said we do not have anything. If someone sees something they come in and if they like it, then they buy it. Okay, i understand that, but if someone buys it take it off your website. She said we have a 2 bed, 2.5 bath available May 15th. OH, that helps me out so much , as today is 3/26/19. December 14, 2018I’ve been living here for 8 months and I am very happy . The office and maintenance staff are all very nice . When I had something wrong they took care of it right away . Neighbors are very nice and respectful. I also have a small dog and the dog park is wonderful . It’s also nice to walk my dog around , everyone is friendly and when I stop in the office with him , they even gave him a treat :) The pool is nice and everything is maintained well .
