December 4, 2024I really like living at Villas at St. Johns. The grounds are so pleasant, with the ponds and the fountains which attract all sorts of waterfowl. The buildings, which were built in 1989, are well-separated, which gives the place a suburban look, as opposed to new multi-level construction in the area which goes up to five floors. Further, the property is located well off the main roads in the area, which means that life here is quiet. I would be remiss if I didn't mention that the property manager, ...Stephanie and her staff are very kind and professional. The place runs like a top! November 27, 2024The only thing I don’t like about living here is the fact that there is no actual key to open the door. What if you lost your phone. Or what if something happens and the latch doesn’t work.. other than that. Nice place to stayProperty Manager Responded
November 29, 2024Hi Regena,I understand your concern, and I wanted to take a moment to let you know, inside your latch app there is a door code that is just for you, that way in case you lose your phone you have your door code as back up. Also, we monitor each latch lock and change the battery as soon as needed, we also have the battery back up in case of any power outages,So, no need to worry we have you covered! November 26, 2024I have been living in this community for over a year now and it has been a great experience. The staff is very welcoming and supportive. Any maintenance issues I have had they have been resolved in a timely manner. Very quiet and clean community and I would gladly recommend others to live here.Property Manager Responded
