September 13, 2023Lots of homeless walk through the community. No one picks up after there pets including those who let there cats run about the complex. No one answers the phones and you won’t get a call back so you have to go into the office yourself 80% of the time. June 13, 2023Don't live here. Poorly managed, not maintained. They had somebody altering the door to the laundry room, which was not broken, on three separate occasions without touching the many broken washers and dryers. Imagine having one or two working dryers in 8 or 10, but not knowing which is which. Three of six or seven washers are working. Loosing money every time you wash your clothes. Gambling to see if the dryer will take your money and actually dry your clothes, or if you'll have to run them ...again. Now imagine that being a problem in both laundromats. Now imagine asking on more than one occasion to be put on a list to have an end unit washer and dryer installed, and never hearing back. Imagine waking up with no emails and no running water.Property Manager Responded
