asked nicely, they would come knocking with a hammer at 7 in the morning, trying to come in, I wouldn't have mind maintenance people coming in and work on my apartment, but I work graveyard shift and I would love notice ahead of time, and I let them know and they don't care, neighbors have told me that the management maintenance workers, have asked them information about me, if the know me and telling them I was going to be the next one getting evicted and lying that I didn't pay my rent which I do. Now I'm moving out because this people will harass you until you can't handle it no more, is a fact because, since Alliance Management Inc bought the property in March 2017, a lot of my neighbors got kicked out for the same reason, we believe because our previous owner, didn't charge us much rent because he didn't make any repairs on our apartments, and now what Alliance Management Inc is trying to do is get everyone out and repair them and charge more in rent, well this apartments do need a lot of work, since I moved in 12 year's ago, I have a lot of issues with my apartment and yes they do have a huge roach problem, they come out from every where, one night I had to go to the e.r because a roach curl in my ear, worse pain and experience having to go through. If you want to live in a healthy and peaceful environment, I I consider you don't rent from this place.

management has change since then, I seen it boarded up a few times so that was a good sign
