Wonderful Apartments
July 17, 2019Absolutely beautiful lofts with spacious rooms for an amazing price. At the time of writing this review, things are just being finished up with construction here and there in and around the building. It all looks great. Central air/heat, in-unit washer/dryer if desired, gorgeous stainless steel kitchen with appliances and an island (I am in a 1-bedroom). Big windows for lots of natural light. Currently parking is a free for all, but all residents were issued a sticker which will come into play ...later. A couple miles away from grocery stores, restaurants, and the lakefront tourist part of town is just down the street (you can walk there!). The only complaint I have is how sound travels through the ventilation system; you can hear everything crystal clear from wherever your vents are connected. Trains come by right next to the building occasionally, sometimes at 1am tooting their horns, which can be annoying, but it isn't often. Seems to be a monthly cargo thing. Seen a lot of complaints about lack of communication with management, which has never been an issue for me as a resident. Getting in touch to become a resident-- you're better off visiting with management in person, dropping in to make an appointment, because there is ONE person running around doing literally everything here for us current residents, prospective residents, construction, etc. The office is open from 9am to 5pm.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Zero communication
June 4, 2019The lofts look gorgeous and seem to come at a wonderful price. The only problem is contacting the management. It may not be possible. They do not respond to emails, messaging, phone calls or even phone calls to the corporate office. You won't be able to rent from them because they do not respond to any inquiriesReview from Apartments.com
