this apartment sucks

I have been living here since November 1st 2014 when I first move here there was a no pet policy which I was happy about.Out pf know where dogs started appearing from everywhere. The apartment manager had one of the maintenance guys to strip my window down it was that bad but it was left strip down for 5 month they suck
