Great Townhouse in Convenient Location
November 2, 2014I've been living in a 2-bedroom townhouse at Vineyard Court for 6 months and it's been a very pleasant experience. I would highly recommend it. I just moved out because I bought a house. Otherwise I'd still be there. The townhouse was freshly painted with clean carpets and new or newer appliances. We had a one-car garage and one parking space. Never had a problem with parking. Neighbors are quiet and polite. We have a dog. There are walking/biking paths right next to the complex and a dog park ...that's walking distance. A Nob Hill is across the street. One block away is Safeway, pizza, movie theaters, and a bowling alley. Basically everything you need is walking distance. The neighborhood and the complex are very safe. For the price, it's the best rental option in Morgan Hill.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
