March 4, 2025I know this is an older home, but I was surprised to find certain things that didn’t work or being told about things that were known to not be working after I signed the lease. December 9, 2024I have been living at VG for over two years now and I just signed onto another lease. My fiance and I have really enjoyed living here. We love that our unit has a dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, and AC! We have been through many different members of staff in the property management office, but Brandy, David, and the rest of the crew are absolutely incredible. Brandy has been a dream. She takes her job seriously and she really cares about the residence comfort. My only frustration is our ...overflowing trash. I have seen unhoused folks rummaging through and making a mess. But some residence are far worse. I think the trash area needs to be locked so that the public doesn't have access and each unit should get one key with a one time purchase for said key. I used to work in property management and that helped in these situations.Property Manager Responded

December 8, 2024Everything is nearby and in walking distance. There's shopping centers, a grocery store and restaurants. The trees are a plus and gives it a nice esthetic especially when the seasons change. I love it here!!!Property Manager Responded
