    The office and maintenance staff go above & beyond to be friendly, courteous, and helpful in answering questions or resolving any concerns we have had. The entire complex is well maintained. I would recommend living here, very nice.

    The buildings, interior and exterior are beautiful. Living here has been an even better experience due to the assistance of KeShawn & Shonda. The amenities are examples of those you could pull straight out of a 5-Star resort. Maintenance issues are always handled promptly and courteously buy Greg & Matt who are attentive and competent every time an issue arises. Thanks guys!! Keep up the excellent work! Jay Peterson.

    Vintage Blackman is a beautiful community! The customer service from the maintenance team is second to none. The warm smile, and patience from the previous property manager is greatly missed, but I am always glad to know when I call the front office, Keshun or the new leasing agent Shonda is very polite, professional, committed to ensuring my questions and concerns are addressed, and they do it with a smile.

    Was a great property to live in..Not so sure about that now...i didn't mind paying high rent for Quality Service as of now it has been drastic changes and not for the better starting to feel like signing another lease was a bad decision

    Vintage Blackman is a great apartment complex. Everyone who lives there are so nice, the staff is great as well. Moving in was fast and easy. We had no troubles signing the lease or moving in. Vintage Blackman keeps their place in tip top shape! I love living here and have recommended it to a couple of my friends!

    As a mom of two girls, these apartments feel safe. Amenities are great and the property is always beautiful. There are a lot of pet stations and people actually pick up after their pets so it feels comfortable for the kids to play in the grass. Security gate actually serves its purpose and doesnt just stay open like other communities Ive stayed. You cant walk around the gate either. The playground is padded so no muddy shoes or wood chips in sandals! Yay. Lol.
