December 18, 2024Just moved in but any issues that we encountered with the apartment were taken seriously and handled quickly. Everyone is so nice from the office to the maintenance crew to even the other residents, while we were moving in we were welcomed by multiple residents.Property Manager Responded

July 30, 2024We were told that I could transfer to a one bedroom apartment a month sooner than the end of our lease (my roommate is pregnant and moving somewhere else) and pay a $500 transfer fee and that would take care of it. The employee who told us that, in writing, left and the other office worker stated that was incorrect and we would not only have to pay the rest of this current lease but would also have to pay the move in fees and first months rent of the other apartment. These apartments are ...already more expensive than they should be and it’s disheartening the level of greed it seems they have. I would recommend exploring other properties in the area first because these will take as much as they can from you.Property Manager Responded

The buildings are starting to age a bit and humidity can be hard to combat, which can make cleaning a bit difficult.
