    It has been quite delightful here at vintage Crossing. I will say though my dryer still doesn’t dry after. I’ve called maintenance twice about it, but on the bright side, it is a very nice apartment.

    Facilities are nice, management nice, maintenance is nice. This is a nice place to live, we like the quiet time hours. There’s pool can use year round cleaning.

    Great apartments to live in. Great location with it being near Gallatin and Hendersonville. Maintenance is very friendly. Pet friendly. Good amount of parking.

    The office staff has been so helpful. I had an issue with my community rewards and they were able resolve it.As always maintenance is exceptional here. I love the complex location between Gallatin and Hendersonville. They just renovated the fitness center too.

    Loved the communication between myself and staff during the application process, as well as the week of move in day. Any maintenance issues were taken care of the day of as well as any questions regarding my unit.

    The amenities are excellent. The staff is always friendly and responsive to maintenance requests. The location is ideal. Overall, it's a great community that feels like home!

  • Bugs all the time

    Ive killed different kinda of bugs in my apartment almost every day since spring/summer. I also have a HUGE bees nest on my balcony which I have contacted multiple times to get it taken down and no one has ever came. They say the pest control comes every Tuesday but clearly they arent doing their job. & the office has told me they would take care of it but again; no one has come. I havent been able to be on my balcony for 1-2 months because of it.

    It has been a great experience. My only complaint is it’s expensive but that seems to be pretty typical of the apartments around here. Some pretty noisy upstairs neighbors But that’s also typical with apartments It doesn’t bother me too much. They’re pretty quick on repairs And it’s a nice place.
