January 29, 2025Great so far! Easy access, great location, feels safe. Staff is friendly and helpful. Apartment is nice, kitchen appliances are good as well as washer and dryer. December 26, 2024This is my 3rd year living at Vintage Crossing and I have seen a lot of improvements and appreciate it. The office staff are great and communicate timely on important issues, the renovation of the gym and the restriping of the parking lot have been huge improvements. My only complaint is the lack of transparency with the water bill as you never know why it goes up $10 from one month to the next and you just have to pay whatever is decided, it is not based on your use at all. Also there should be ...other options to choose an internet provider besides AT&T.Property Manager Responded

December 16, 2024I moved in a month ago with my boyfriend and dog, and we are absolutely loving it here! The staff, especially Kiertsen and the maintenance team, have been so nice, helpful, and very welcoming! The clubhouse and the gym are so nice and always spotless. November 15, 2024It has been quite delightful here at vintage Crossing. I will say though my dryer still doesn’t dry after. I’ve called maintenance twice about it, but on the bright side, it is a very nice apartment.Property Manager Responded
