January 17, 2025Stephanie played an integral part in my choosing of Vintage Lake Mary, to call home. Where other complexes were business cold and feigned sincerity, Stephanie exuded warmth and genuine concern. Got my keys today. While being shown to my apartment, we ran into Derek who manages and leads the property. He gave us a warm welcome and assured that he would be there should we need anything. I believe him. December 15, 2024I’ve been here a short time and I’m enjoying it more day by day! The area is so close to the highway. Everything you might need is within a 10 minute drive. December 12, 2024I’ve had a wonderful experience living at Vintage Lake Mary Apartments! The location is unbeatable—you're just minutes away from shopping centers, restaurants, and easy access to major highways, which makes commuting a breeze. The amenities here are fantastic as well. The resort-style pool is perfect for relaxing, the well-maintained fitness center is great for workouts, and the walking paths around the property create a serene, peaceful environment. The apartments themselves are spacious, clean, ...and have modern finishes, which makes it feel like home. The only downside I’ve encountered is the shared WiFi. It tends to be a bit slow, especially during peak hours, which can be frustrating if you need a fast connection. However, this is a minor issue in comparison to all the great features the complex offers. The staff is friendly and responsive, and the overall community vibe is welcoming and quiet.Property Manager Responded

Awesome Apartment Complex!
December 12, 2024My girlfriend I have been living here for more than a 1 now and love it here! We live in a nice area where everything is close and safe. People at the apartment complex are like family and the amenities great here including gym, grill, pool, and game room. Unfortunately there is no real business center for printing or Desktop use, but there are options to lease offices. The Internet is the only problem we have due to the shared wifi and bot everyone having their own router.Property Manager Responded

December 3, 2024Vintage is a luxury apartment community that has a resort feel to it when using the amenities (gym, pool, clubhouse, etc.). The layout of the units make sense and easy to move about. Great place to live no matter what age
November 27, 2024Excellent place to live because of the people who work here, the way the grounds are maintained, all of the wonderful amenities like 2 gyms (one for cardio the other for strength) wine and coffee bar, large swimming pool with cabanas and nice seating also a grill if you like. All of the people in the office are very friendly and very helpful,whatever you may need they're there to help. They have ample parking including undercover parking.Their is something here for everyone! Also there is so ...much around here it's well located in the heart of everything.Property Manager Responded

The best place I’ve lived in!
November 23, 2024I’ve been living here for about 1 year and 3 months and I absolutely love it. Everyone from the office is great and so are the maintenance guys!
