  • Spacious apartment that I've seen

    The reason why I chose here was how huge the apartment was when I was hunting. I could put a lot of my furniture and made me feel like that we live in a house instead of an apartment. There is a a lot of changes here, they office team and the maintenance team are so friendly.

  • Management is very Unprofessional and Rude!!

    New management Dasmen Residential is very disorganized, rude, unprofessional , They do not want to fix things, never answer the phone, not even emails or messages. They do not care about their tenants and of course They demand the rent in time charging you additional fees! Apartments are in horrible shape and everything is falling apart, bad leaks everywhere , mold and roaches besides paying for pest control. This new management disappeared for nearly three weeks and Their voice machine wasn't ...
    even set up to leave messages, maintenance is also very poor. They took forever to fix things and most of the times They do not fix anything!!

    Lived here for a year and it has steadily gotten worse. Falling apart pieces of the buildings, no air condition, broken fixtures, stray animals, horrible trash all over. Contact with the owners and management leads to no contact as they don’t care. Don’t come here.

    Been living here since December 2019 and it was alittle run down when I moved in but the square footage was good. The inside of the apartments are hilariously gum and duct tape fixed. Not literally but you get the idea... things break and never get fixed and when they do it’s a really bad fix. The pool is a swamp and the trash area is a health hazard and the management is a joke. The last management company quite one day to the next without warning and we have been without management for over a ...
    month. When you call it goes to voicemail and there is never anybody in the office. The app to pay the rent doesn’t even work. I love my apartment because there is nowhere we can get this square footage for this price but there needs to be major changes to the complex itself.
