December 4, 2024This complex has changed so much since I first moved in three years ago. The office staff is top tier and they are wonderful agents. The company that took ownership from the initial owners charge ambiguous miscellaneous fees, have changed platforms to access tenant services, and have been slow to address repairs and maintenance to the building and such. The elevators are continuously out of service, and the insect issue this year has been too much to tolerate. Some of the tenants and wonderful ...neighbors, some are likely diagnosed as unbalanced in some form. I can say that the leasing manager and office staff was very helpful with issues that occurred in this area. I’m disappointed but, hopefully, they will get this and understand the points to address.Property Manager Responded
