The residences have been amazing, and I enjoy seeing the kiddos feeling safe and supported when they hang out in the neighborhood. November 21, 2024I love it here. So much better than a traditional apartment complex. I would love speed bumps and more security at the pool and dog park to keep the surrounding apartment residents out since we pay a high monthly fee for these amenities. The staff is so friendly and helpful. Would be great if the one bedrooms had garages or a detached garage.Property Manager Responded

November 6, 2024We chose the community because of its proximity to McKinney and Allen. We love our spacious unit, large garage, and backyard. There were a couple of maintenance issues upon move-in, but they are being addressed.Property Manager Responded
