Roaches..
October 13, 2023the place is BEAUTIFUL but honestly there's been SO MANY roaches in this new complex & they wont even send pest control to your apartment unless you practically empty it for a German roach treatment when its not even a German roach issue. honestly disgusting. I've never had such an issue w/ roaches till I moved here. Even college dorms have less. I think when my lease is up i will be moving out...Property Manager Responded

November 8, 2021I am extremely impressed with this property. Ambiance is important to me. The community is clean and quiet. I especially like the stainless steel appliances, ceiling fans, and the light fixtures. The showers heads are spa quality. I am looking forward to working out at our gym (24 hour access) and hanging out at the pool when it warms up. The office staff is friendly and attentive. Chawnte and Josh are the best. October 26, 2021I have to jump on here to add my 5 star review! I don’t understand why anyone would rate this beautiful complex less than 5! The amenities are wonderful! The pool is gorgeous! The apts are beautiful! Chawnte and Josh as the leasing pros in the office are great! I’m glad I chose to live here!!
