December 2, 2024Living here is near everything that I need. Drivable, walkable and bike accessible. I feel safe here. Maintenance does take awhile but its understandable, I'm not the only tenant here. If you give the leasing office something make sure to have them make a copy, sometimes paperwork gets misplaced. They are nice and easy to talk to. Water does get shutoff sometimes. But make sure they have your phone number they will email or text you for any emergencies. If packages are delivered to you no one ...touches them. Non assigned parking spots fill up fast after 5pm. Overall neighbors are quiet unless they have a dog. But the doggies are too darn cute who can get mad, not this person. Some dog owners don't pick up their fur babies poop. Not cool dude, not cool. Give this place a chance. It might be the best place for you or it might not. Either way you never know if you don't move in. Best of luck to you and your decisions.Property Manager Responded
