About Vista De Luna

We offer monthly stays for all our studios! Each studio is unfurnished and has been fully renovated with brand new flooring and appliances, including an air fryer, microwave, 1 burner cook top and a full- size refrigerator. All utilities and Wi-Fi are included in the monthly rent. Vista De Luna has a sparkling swimming pool and spa. We are conveniently located right off the I-8 freeway in El Cajon. It is in a prime location, only minutes away from shopping, entertainment, and great schools. Rates starting at $1570 Pets are welcomed with monthly pet rent! Up to one month deposit on approved credit PLEASE READ THE REQUIREMENTS BEFORE APPLYING: •Credit score must be no less than 550 •Monthly gross income must be at least twice the monthly rate amount •We will not accept past evictions, judgments, or rental collections *Note above list is primary qualifications, call our office for secondary qualifications* We are located at 588 N Mollison Ave. El Cajon, CA 92021 .
