About Vista Del Sol
Our homes offer air conditioning and heat; Appliances included within the home are the refrigerator, dishwasher, stove/oven, microwave, and garbage disposal. All utilities included such as: electricity, water, sewer and trash. All homes are also equipped with ceiling fans, private patio; lots of storage space, lighting throughout, spacious kitchens, large windows, and offers a feeling of being at home! Our Community Amenities include a fitness center with an encaged playing area for children as well as a game room. Open parking spaces are available as well as assigned carport parking, dog park, and two swimming pool areas with lifeguards on duty. Our clubhouse offers complimentary coffee, tea and hot chocolate for our residents, community events, free Wi-Fi is offered in the clubhouse and pool area as well. We are pet friendly and welcome both dogs and cats in many of our homes.
